I’m not likin’ the long list of chemicals at the end of the ingredients list, but with 12 grams of fiber, 8 grams of protein, and only 80 calories, a “smart & delicious” tortilla can be a healthier option. Taste wise: They are a bit gritty and could use some oil in them to cut the dryness, but they have a good, hearty, wheat-y flavor. They’re about 9” in diameter, so the perfect size to wrap up a snack or a small lunch.

This one’s a classic. I used to eat it every day. Here we have: a base of oats with flax, microwaved with a sliced banana, so the banana gets all caramelized. Then I add a healthy helping of peanut butter and voila! Breakfast is served.
