Who Woulda Thought??

That I’d be eating healthy!! 😛

For the past couple days, here’s a summary:

  • Breakfasts: banana, sliced and drizzled with peanut butter! Lots of coffee with soymilk.
  • For snackin’: we have two huge cartons of blueberries and raspberries! Ya, I’m not joking!
  • Yesterday’s dinner was a whole wheat (made w/ soy protein powder, too; review to come!) wrap with natural ham and strawberry syrup (just a bit) and almost a whole pint of blueberries!
  • For lunch today I ate (and am currently finishing): half an avocado, chopped and sprinkled w/ salt & pepper; half a pint of blueberries; a bowl of that Cascadian Farm cereal with soymilk and raspberries

Woohoo! I have so much energy and am thinking clearly!
